Born in Colombia in 1985, Daniel Otero Torres graduated from Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Lyon. He participated in the 56th Salon de Montrouge (Montrouge), in the exhibition “Animal Paradise” hosted at CAC d’Istres (Istres) and at Drawing Now 2015 (Paris), at the 66th edition of the Jeune Création (Paris) and at the triennale exhibition De leurs temps organized by ADIAF and hosted at Institut d’Art Contemporain de Villeurbanne (Villeurbanne). He had solo-shows at Gallerie Marine Veilleux (Paris) and at Gac Annonay (Annonay) in 2014. He attended residency programs at Moly Sabata – Fondation Albert Gleize (Sablons) and in Villa Belleville (Paris). In 2015 he exhibited his works at Rendez-vous 2015, a collateral event of the 13th Lyon Biennale, where he was awarded the Prix Rhône-Alpes Jeune Création.
